- The renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- A government-issued photo ID must be submitted before vehicle handover.
- Full rental payment must be made in advance.
- The customer is responsible for the vehicle from the time of pickup until it is returned.
- The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date and time. Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
- The customer shall be liable for any damage, theft, loss, accident, or misuse of the vehicle during the rental period.
- All traffic challans, fines, towing charges, and legal penalties incurred during the rental period shall be borne by the customer.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, racing, stunts, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Helmets must be worn at all times, and all traffic rules must be followed.
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup, failing which fuel charges may apply.
- In case of an accident, breakdown, or theft, the customer must immediately inform SASA Bike Rental.
- SASA Bike Rental shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses suffered by the customer during the rental period.
- SASA Bike Rental reserves the right to recover repair costs, loss of income due to vehicle downtime, and any other expenses arising from damage caused during the rental period.
- SASA Bike Rental reserves the right to refuse or terminate a rental at its discretion if these terms are violated.
